	Arachnofilia. A free HTML editor (for Windows). Adequate for personal pages, yet simple enough to be used by beginners on any computer.
	Bobby.Accessibility validation site. To make sure that your pages are adequate for visitors with special needs.
	Animated GIF design
	GIF Construction Set: a Windows shareware very popular for several years. User friendly with extra features to automate the GIF creation.
	Microsoft GIF Animator: a raw freeware editor. Poorer than the previous one; however it allows a good parameter tuning for experienced users.
