  The papers are available in Adobe PDF format and Adobe PostScript® format, compressed in *.zip.

  The interactive presentations were prepared for the conferences where I presented the papers. I think they are a good introduction to the papers, and they overcome the constraints of paper publication. I recommend the 4.0 versions or later of Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer browsers for an optimal view.
